Question

A question found in one of the classes says: In your opinion, is it important for people to keep fit? Why? What do people have to do to stay fit?
My answer is, yes, it is important. Because that mainly makes your mental health feel good and your health is excellent. What you have to do to stay in shape is to eat healthy, at the right time, drink water, always stay hydrated and get enough sleep and of course exercise.
