Can-Have and present continuous/present simple

What was given in my first face-to-face class that I attended on August 9, was the use of Can and Have. We can understand that the Can is used for a possibility and the have is an obligation.
for example: I can swim. I have to do exercise tomorrow.

Also, the present continuous was seen, which refers to situations or actions that are being carried out at the moment. For example: He is playing with his friends.
And the present simple is one of the three forms of the present that exist in English. It is written taking the base form of the verb for the pronouns I, you, we and they; and an –s is added for the third person singular it, she and he. for example: She plays volleyball.
